Recognizing when a task goes beyond your assigned duties should not lead to an attitude like “That’s not my job,” which might come across as arrogant or indifferent. Instead, it is important to take a proactive position, and always be ready to pitch in wherever needed, even if it’s not officially your responsibility. Embracing a shared mindset of “teamwork” means being willing to help tackle challenges and finish tasks, regardless of who they belong to, and actively searching for solutions when faced with hurdles. This commitment to accountability and teamwork remains important, even when there is no supervision. If you are interested in applying for one of our open positions, please send your resume to careers@thenuleap.com or call 614-349-6781
